The most profitable professions in Russia were a real estate agent (178,204 rubles), a frontend developer (153,864 rubles) and a project manager (145,936 rubles). This follows from the data of the Dream Job employer brand development platform, which was reviewed by Izvestia on April 16.

According to experts, the average salary in the country is 64 561 rubles. In Moscow, this figure is almost 30% higher. Among the leaders of the rating were cities with extractive industries and northern surcharges — Nizhnevartovsk (83,482 rubles), Khabarovsk (74,395 rubles), Surgut (68,963 rubles). Among the millionaires, St. Petersburg (78,343 rubles) and Kazan (70,806 rubles) overtook Yekaterinburg (69,565 rubles) and Novosibirsk (68,283 rubles) by a small margin.

At the same time, the highest—paid specialists in the capital are brokers (297,727 rubles), Product Owners (296,664 rubles) and CEOs (281,053 rubles). In St. Petersburg, the leaders are real estate agents (187,500 rubles), project managers (139,150 rubles) and frontend developers (137,211 rubles).

In Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, freight forwarders, leading engineers, financial consultants, logisticians and sales managers are on the list of income leaders. At the same time, the difference between the first and tenth lines of the rating is not so significant: from 92 thousand rubles to 74 thousand rubles.

In Kazan, customer service managers (89,357 rubles) and heads of sales departments (88 thousand rubles) are the leaders in terms of remuneration.

"The labor market has become noticeably livelier and more honest. Salaries are rising not only for developers, but also for managers, sellers, and logisticians in various parts of the country. More and more employees openly share their income data, and this makes the market clearer, both for those who are looking for work and for those who hire," said Boris Kurbatov, CEO of Dream Job.

Earlier, on January 10, it was reported that the majority of Russians surveyed (57%) intend to actively pay attention to their careers in 2025. At the same time, 65% of respondents were going to spend more time at work a year ago. This is stated in the results of the analysts' research. hh.ru .
