The Kremlin needs to clarify with the Russian Defense Ministry the expiration date of the temporary moratorium on strikes on energy facilities in Ukraine, and the expiration date of the agreement will be determined by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was announced on April 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"I just need to get the relevant information from our defense department. And, of course, everything will depend on further orders from the Supreme Commander," Peskov said.

According to him, Putin's schedule has not yet included negotiations with US President Donald Trump on an agreement to strike energy infrastructure facilities.

Earlier, on April 14, Peskov said that in order to make a final decision on the moratorium, it was necessary to analyze Ukraine's actions committed during the 30 days during which the agreements were in effect. He also recalled that Kiev did not comply with the restrictions.
