Representatives of the parent community will be present at each point of the USE, who will monitor compliance with the rights of graduates and the conditions of the exam. This was announced on April 15 by the head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor). Anzor Muzaev at a meeting of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture.

"It was noted that it was necessary to work out issues related to the human factor while ensuring the established procedure for conducting exams," he is quoted as saying on the agency's website.

According to Muzaev, this innovation will be implemented this year. In addition, in 2026, it is planned to develop technologies for conducting the OGE based on the experience of the Unified State Exam, as well as modernize the forms of admission to the final assessment for graduates of the ninth and 11th grades. Attention will also be focused on creating new assignment models for exams in chemistry, physics, literature, history, computer science and foreign languages.

In addition, by 2030, Rosobrnadzor will test the materials of the Unified State Exam in social studies and geography for various university specialties.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that the Unified State Exam system works, although it has drawbacks. At the same time, thanks to her, young people from the periphery began to enroll in the country's leading universities much more often. However, the USE mechanism really needs to be improved, the head of state noted in February 2024.
