Polish Prime Minister Tusk says he wants to make money in Ukraine

Poland intends to make money in Ukraine, and not "naively show solidarity." This was announced on April 14 by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk at the European Forum of New Ideas.
"Poland will not show solidarity while others earn money, for example, on the reconstruction of Ukraine. We will stand in solidarity and make money from it," Tusk stressed.
He also said that Poland should "ruthlessly and selfishly" take care of the interests of Polish entrepreneurs. Tusk stressed that he was not embarrassed by the fact that some called this approach an "economic dictatorship."
Polish Minister for European Union Affairs Adam Szlapka announced on April 10 that the EU had made a final decision not to extend trade privileges for Ukraine, which expire in June. He stressed that the countries of the association will return to the terms of a Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area with Ukraine.
On the same day, Candidate of Economic Sciences, financial analyst Mikhail Belyaev, said that the abolition of trade privileges by the EU would accelerate the economic collapse in Ukraine. He noted that the Ukrainian economy, including agriculture and industry, exists only through external financing.
