Peskov said there were no plans for a conversation between Putin and Trump about the Russian Federation's moratorium on strikes.

The Kremlin will inform later about the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin to extend or abandon the moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure facilities. This was announced on April 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"We will inform you accordingly, as we usually do," he said at a briefing, answering a question from Izvestia.

According to him, at present, information about the expiration of the moratorium needs to be clarified with the Defense Department.

Peskov also clarified that he could not answer whether the topic of a moratorium on strikes on energy facilities would be discussed in a telephone conversation with US President Donald Trump, since at the moment there is no corresponding item on negotiations in Putin's schedule.
