A wholesale base in Novaya Kakhovka caught fire due to the shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces

In Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region, as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), the Megapolis wholesale base caught fire. This was announced on April 15 by the governor of the region, Vladimir Saldo.

According to him, the enemy carried out the attack this morning. Baldo clarified that there were no casualties.

"Due to damage to the power grid as a result of the night shelling, 56,000 residents of 108 settlements in the Alyoshkinsky, Holopristan and Skadovsky districts were left without electricity," the governor wrote on the Telegram channel.

He added that Ukrainian militants also attacked Alyoshki, Kakhovka, Velikaya Lepetikha, Dneprany, Cossack Camps, Korsunka, Proletarka.

In less than a week, 23 objects were hit.

On the morning of the same day, the press secretary of the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Vasilenko, announced an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Vinogradovo electrical substation in the Alyoshkinsky district. It was clarified that as a result of the attack, nine socially significant facilities in the region were left without electricity.
