A ski resort completely burned down in the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a fire completely destroyed the Shishkin Log ski resort. The fire was extinguished by 92 people and 27 pieces of equipment.

The fire area was 778 square meters. m. According to preliminary data, the cause could be damage to power lines during strong winds. One of the guards, Viktor Pomogaev, said that the fire could have approached the base from a stone quarry.

The circumstances of the incident are being established. According to the <url> news agency, with reference to the head of the Minusinsk district, Sergey Glukhov, there are no dead or injured, but the base itself has completely burned out.

He also said that partial power outages had been recorded in the area due to adverse weather conditions. Emergency crews are eliminating the consequences. It is expected that electricity will be returned to homes in the near future.

Dry grass was burning in the Novotroitsk village council. The fire was noticed even in remote settlements of the region.

Earlier, the Federal Forestry Agency said that 73 forest fires have already been recorded in Russia — on an area of about 75.8 thousand hectares. The most difficult situation is in the Trans—Baikal Territory, in Buryatia and the Jewish Autonomous Region. A year ago, at the same time, eight forests were burning across the country. According to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the spring fire season came a month earlier in the Central, Volga and Far Eastern Federal Districts. The peak will be at the beginning of May.
