The Moscow City Court dismissed the case of discrediting the army in relation to the comedian Transverse

The Moscow City Court has dismissed the administrative case against comedian Danila Transverchny (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent) on discrediting the Armed Forces of Russia. This is reported on the website of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

The court decided to terminate the proceedings in connection with the absence of an event and the composition of an offense, guided by paragraphs 1,2, part 1 of art.24.5 ("Absence of an event, composition of an administrative offense").
