The Russian Defense Ministry has filed lawsuits against construction contractors in the amount of more than 30 billion rubles.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has filed more than 20 lawsuits against construction contractors in the Moscow Arbitration Court for over 31.1 billion rubles. This was confirmed on April 15 by the materials in the court's file, which were reviewed by Izvestia.

It follows from the documents that the claims were submitted to the court on April 4, they have not yet been accepted for consideration. The grounds for filing lawsuits have not yet been disclosed.

At least 13 lawsuits have been filed against the Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FSUE) Main Directorate of Special Construction. According to some statements, court hearings have already been scheduled.

On January 20, it became known that the Russian Ministry of Defense had filed lawsuits against the Military Construction Company (VSK). It was clarified that the total amount of claims is 4 billion 021 million 508 thousand 717 rubles. According to the court file, from January 10 to January 13, the department filed 10 lawsuits.
