Pain in the forehead can be a symptom of expansion and even possible rupture of a vessel — an aneurysm. On April 15, Galina Chudinskaya, a neurologist at Medicine JSC (Academician Roitberg Clinic), warned about this in an interview with Gazeta.Ru».

"An aneurysm is often manifested by a sudden and very severe headache. It is described as "the most intense pain in life," which peaks in a matter of minutes. The pain may be throbbing, especially if the aneurysm is pressing on the surrounding tissues," the specialist said.

The pain will be felt in the forehead if the problem is in the vessel feeding the frontal lobe of the brain. In this case, the aneurysm may be in another part of the head, then the pain will radiate more strongly to the back of the head, eyes or temples.

An aneurysm can also be indicated by other signs, such as loss or other changes in the eyes.

"Nausea and vomiting may also occur, if the aneurysm affects certain areas of the brain, it can cause weakness in the extremities or numbness. In rare cases, an aneurysm can cause seizures," the doctor said.

If such signs are found, you should immediately consult a doctor.

On April 1, doctor Demyanovskaya named the most common brain diseases. Neurodegenerative disease — Parkinson's disease — affects the central nervous system. In Parkinson's disease, dopamine—producing neurons are lost, providing communication between the neurons of those brain centers that control motor skills and muscle tone, motivation, and movement initiation.
