The use of enzyme-based peels can have a positive effect on the skin, including restoring radiance and a healthy appearance. Nikita Bachishche, a cosmetologist coach at Geltek, announced this on April 14 in an interview with Gazeta.Ru».

"Enzyme peels work very gently, removing all unnecessary things. If you need to enhance the effect of the product, use it longer on the skin and activate it with a light massage with moist, warm palms," he advised.

At the same time, such a remedy should be distinguished from enzyme powder. Peeling can be kept on the skin for up to 20-30 minutes, and it also does not contain surfactants.

At the same time, the use of acid peels can help restore the radiance of the skin. Owners of normal skin should try AHA-acids, and sensitive — PHA-acids.

"Different acids may have a specific effect. For example, almond is a powerful antibacterial and anti—inflammatory component, tartaric and malic acid act as whitening assets, lactic acid improves skin tone and moisturizes, and glycolic acid is suitable for correcting age-related changes, as it stimulates the production of collagen and elastin and improves skin relief," the expert said.

On April 7, Dr. Zubairov listed the body's signals indicating a lack of trace elements. According to him, omega-3 fatty acids are important for brain health and reducing inflammation. One way to find out if there are enough omega-3s in the body is to check the level of these acids in the blood. Low levels of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) or DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) may indicate a deficiency. In addition, signs of deficiency may include dry, itchy skin and hair loss.
