- The educational accelerator for the semi-finalists of the "You're in the game" contest has started

The semi-finalists of the fifth season of the All-Russian sports Project Competition "You're in the Game", which is supported by the Russian Ministry of Sports, have received access to a unique educational accelerator since April 14. The training course was developed jointly with representatives of the Russian International Olympic University (RIOU).
The authors of the 280 best projects of the "You're in the Game" anniversary season will be able to not only listen to lectures from leading experts in the field of sports marketing and management, but also take part in strategic and practical sessions for several weeks — until May 8. The acquired knowledge will help refine the projects, take them to a new level and get the opportunity to be among the 34 finalists.
Students of the training course will learn about the socio-economic effects of physical education and sports projects, the specifics of attracting charitable funds, strategic management, legal aspects, key skills in creating presentations, sponsorship, monetization and many other nuances that will help in the future development of their sports projects. For example, sports entrepreneur, co-founder of Moyfitness.Russian Federation, BRICS, IRONSTAR and ROSA RUN Marathon Leagues Vladimir Voloshin will talk about entrepreneurship in amateur sports and the specifics of the target audience. Anastasia Baradacheva, founder of the Adaptive Hockey Federation, author of the Children's Sledge Hockey League project, winner of the first season of the You're In the Game competition, will share her experience in creating and implementing a successful social project model in adaptive sports using specific examples.
In total, the semi-finalists will have access to 14 lectures and 28 academic hours, during which they will learn about all the nuances of a sports project: from digital packaging and the basics of programming during implementation to legal aspects of activities and PR and GR communications. Of course, special attention will be paid to the issues of finding sponsors and scaling – many project authors face issues of further development. According to the participants of previous seasons, the educational accelerator helped them develop strategies to attract sponsors and patrons, as well as scale their initiatives.
The selection of finalist projects in the main nominations of the competition will be held until May 12. The best of the best will take part in an additional educational accelerator, during which the authors of the projects will learn how to correctly design presentations and conduct public speaking. The knowledge will be useful in the defense of projects before the Expert Council, which will be held from May 21 to 24. Following the results of the defense, the Expert Council will announce the winners in the nominations of the competition, as well as the winner of the Grand Prix. The award ceremony is scheduled for June 2025.
