Peskov called Merz a proponent of escalation in Ukraine after statements about Taurus

Friedrich Merz, the leader of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), who announced Berlin's readiness to send Taurus long-range missiles to Ukraine if agreed with partners, is in favor of escalating the conflict. This was announced on April 14 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
