- Chernyshenko announced the synchronization of Russian schools' programs with the Unified State Exam and the OGE from September 1.

Starting from September 1, 2025, the educational programs of Russian schools will be synchronized with the Unified State Exam (USE) and the Main State Exam (OGE). This was announced on April 14 by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.
"On September 1 of this year, educational programs will be synchronized with state exams," he said at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry of Education.
Chernyshenko called it an important step to limit the number of control and verification papers, including the All-Russian Verification Work. It is planned that their share in the total amount of study time will be reduced to 10%.
"On March 1 of this year, the federal law and the corresponding order of the Ministry of Education entered into force, which provides for reducing the bureaucratic burden of teaching staff," Chernyshenko said.
The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that the authorities need to respond promptly to the changing modern challenges in the field of education and respond to the needs of society.
Earlier, on March 28, Anastasia Yekushevskaya, academic director of the Skysmart online school, told Izvestia how to successfully prepare for the Unified State Exam. She advised studying on a topic per week and minimizing stress.
