In the week from April 14 to April 20, the air temperature will begin to rise rapidly in Moscow and the region. So, by Saturday, +20...+22 degrees are expected in the capital. However, such temperature fluctuations are not very favorable for weather-sensitive people. Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia about this on April 14.

According to her, warm weather is expected in the week from April 14 — no precipitation is expected until Saturday inclusive.

"The temperature will gradually rise due to both nighttime and daytime values. Last night was slightly frosty. We expect that on Tuesday night it will be +4...+6 degrees in Moscow, and the temperature in the region will be positive from +2 to +7 degrees," the forecaster said.

As Pozdnyakova explained, the daytime temperature in Moscow on Tuesday will reach +15... +17 degrees, and in the region — +13 ...+18 degrees. However, this day will be quite windy — south wind gusts will reach 12-14 m per second.

"This will slightly restrain the temperature rise in the following days. On Wednesday, the minimum temperature in Moscow is already +7...+9 degrees, the daytime temperature is +17...+19 degrees and +14...+19 degrees in the region," the specialist shared.

By Friday, according to her, the minimum temperature in the Moscow region will already be in the range of +6... +11 degrees, and daytime — +17 ...+22 degrees. In Moscow, the values will reach +20...+22 degrees. The weather forecaster noted that this is already quite a May temperature.

She explained that Saturday night would be even warmer — +8 degrees, and the daytime temperature would be +19...+24.

"The air temperature will be about 7 degrees above the climatic norm," the expert said.

She also explained that such fluctuations, despite the comfortable temperature, can have a bad effect on weather-sensitive people. The fact is that a person is not able to adapt so quickly to such changes in the weather.

Earlier, on April 12, Oksana Pivovarova, a professor at the Department of Therapy at the Medical Faculty of the State University of Enlightenment, a therapist, told Izvestia how weather-sensitive people cope with the effects of an anticyclone. The doctor recommended that you monitor your blood pressure especially carefully on such days. It should be measured 2-3 times a day, and at values above 140/90, antihypertensive medications prescribed by a doctor should be taken.
