A woman died in a motorcycle accident in Chita.

A motorcyclist in Chita knocked down a woman at an unregulated pedestrian crossing, as a result, she died. This was reported on April 14 in the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate for the Trans-Baikal Territory.

"According to preliminary data, the driver of a Kawasaki motorcycle hit a pedestrian who was crossing the roadway at a controlled pedestrian crossing," the agency said in a Telegram channel.

It is specified that the incident occurred in the Kashtansky district of the city. Specialists are working at the scene, additional circumstances are being established.
