China has offered to cooperate in creating a global artificial intelligence (AI) management system to develop common standards of use and ensure equal access to neural network capabilities for everyone. This was announced on April 14 by Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui.

"Based on the principles of joint discussion, joint construction and joint use, China is ready to cooperate with all partners in creating an effective global AI management system," the ambassador said during an interview with TASS.

He clarified that China is actively involved in AI management and strives to form a unified system. According to him, artificial intelligence is already helping humanity to develop and is "a key engine of the scientific and technological revolution."

Hanhui stressed that despite the advantages that neural networks bring to everyone's life, the global community must collectively manage them in order to prevent politicization and the use of AI as a weapon for personal purposes.

"The choice between cooperation and confrontation, openness and isolation, mutual benefit and a zero—sum game is becoming crucial for the future of all mankind," the ambassador said.

On April 9, the National Technology Initiative (NTI) Project Support Fund informed Izvestia that Russian scientists had developed a digital module for health assessment and personal recommendations for working-age citizens based on artificial intelligence.
