Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Galuzin spoke about provocations by the AFU

Ukraine is trying to indoctrinate the Moldovan authorities into thinking that a forceful solution to the Transnistrian problem is permissible, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with Izvestia.
"Moldovan ruling circles are pursuing an openly anti-Russian policy, a policy of supporting the Kyiv regime. And this is perceived by us in the most serious way. As for the situation on the border with Ukraine, we see, first of all, provocative activities of the Ukrainian side, which is trying to instill in the Moldovan authorities the idea that a forceful military solution to the Transnistrian problem is permissible," the diplomat said.
In December 2024, Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service reported that Moldovan President Maya Sandu urged the government to develop a plan for a military operation to establish control over Transnistria.
