At least six people have been killed in U.S. strikes on a factory in Yemen.


At least six people were killed as a result of strikes by the US Armed Forces on a factory in the capital province of Yemen, Sanaa. This was announced on April 13 by the representative of the Ministry of Health in the territories controlled by the Yemeni Houthis, Anis al-Asbahi.
"The number of dead and injured civilians as a result of the American aggression against the As-Suvari plant in the Bani Matar area has increased to 26 people. Of these, six were killed and 20 injured," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
According to him, the condition of some of the wounded is critical. Civil defense and ambulance services continue to make every effort to find victims and extinguish fires, al-Asbahi added.
The Anadolu agency, citing the Ministry of Health, controlled by the Ansar Allah movement (Houthis), reported on April 9 that more than 100 civilians had been killed since the beginning of the US attacks on Yemen. It was clarified that at least 223 people were injured.
On March 15, US President Donald Trump announced that he had ordered the US military to begin operations against the Yemeni Houthis. Soon, the central command of the US Armed Forces announced the launch of a large-scale operation in Yemen.
