Ukrainian media reported explosions in Odessa and Kiev-controlled Kherson.

Explosions have occurred in Odessa and Kherson, controlled by the Kiev regime. This was announced on April 13 by the Ukrainian Public television channel.

"Explosions are heard in Kherson. <...> Explosions are heard in Odessa," the Telegram channel reports.

According to the online map of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, an air alert has been declared in Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv and Odessa regions.

The Russian Ministry of Defense did not comment on the information about the explosions.
