The mayor of Konotop accused the head of the OVA of gathering the military in the city center

The mayor of the Ukrainian city of Konotop, Artyom Seminikhin, accused the head of the Sumy regional Military Administration, Vladimir Artyukh, of gathering military personnel in the city center. He made the corresponding statement on April 13 during a live broadcast on the Facebook social network (owned by the recognized extremist Meta company, its activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation).

According to Seminikhin, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) gathered in the center of Sumy in honor of their anniversary.

Artyukh organized the meeting of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Konotopa claims. He stressed that a criminal case had been opened due to the gathering of the military.

"Everyone already knows that the head of the administration in Sumy gathered the military in the city center... I hope that the relevant law enforcement agencies will be able to establish all the circumstances very quickly," Seminikhin said.

He added that Artyukh "will not survive two days if it is not closed."

Earlier that day, the mayor of Konotop had rudely demanded that Artyukh resign. In addition, Seminikhin demanded the resignation of the head of the regional directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
