Fans of rapper Pasha the Technician, who painted graffiti in honor of the performer on the wall of Viktor Tsoi on Arbat in Moscow, behaved rudely. Alexey Belov, a Soviet and Russian rock musician and leader of the Gorky Park music group, told Izvestia about this on April 13.

"I can't imagine that Viktor Tsoi's fans would take and paint a monument to Vysotsky. I do not know who the Technician is and have never heard of anything, but if he died, then I can sincerely sympathize with him that he had such fans," said the musician.

Belov recalled that it is with Tsoi's words and his songs on their lips that people literally go into battle. The musician stated that when he is in the special operation zone with his concerts, soldiers often ask to perform the songs "Cuckoo", "Blood Type" and other compositions of the Kino group.

"With the words of his songs on their lips, people go into battle. They give their lives for other people who commit such boorish acts," the musician believes.

At the same time, Belov noted that in Tsoi's work there were "particles that gave people a feeling of happiness," unlike the rapper's work.

Graffiti about the rapper on the wall of Tsoi's memory appeared the day before, on April 12. It is not yet known who did this.

Earlier that day, fans of the Kino music group restored the former appearance of the memorial wall of rock musician Viktor Tsoi on Arbat.
