One person was killed and one injured during the shelling of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kherson region.

In the Kherson region, one person was killed and another injured as a result of shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) settlements. This was announced on April 13 by Governor Vladimir Saldo in the Telegram channel.

"The shelling of Malaya Lepetikha claimed the life of a 65-year-old local resident. His house is completely destroyed. In Kakhovka, an 83-year-old woman was wounded in the leg. The victim was hospitalized," the report says.

He added that in Novaya Kakhovka, an apartment building was damaged as a result of shelling, two residents were trapped under the rubble, they were evacuated, and there were no serious injuries. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also shelled Proletarka, Alyoshki, Dneprany, Korsunka and Camps.
