Russian artist, musician and actor Sergey Bugaev, speaking about the graffiti dedicated to rapper Pasha Technique on the wall of memory of rock musician Viktor Tsoi on Arbat, called it immoral. He told Izvestia about this on Sunday, April 13.

"This is just irresponsible immoral behavior, which, strictly speaking, is not for us to judge in this case. I think it will be evaluated," he said.

According to Bugaev, it is good that the format of the Tsoi wall remains. There are prototypes of it in many cities.

The artist also noted that the problem of hooliganism and irresponsibility remains relevant. In this case, no one can change anything, because this is an internal process.

He believes that by painting the wall, fans of the Technique have overlaid what was done by previous generations, fans of another musician.
