A technician who painted graffiti about Pasha on Tsoi's wall was caught on video

The man who allegedly painted graffiti in honor of rapper Pasha the Technician on Viktor Tsoi's wall on Arbat Street in Moscow has been caught on video. The relevant footage appeared on April 13 at the disposal of Izvestia.
In the footage from the cameras recorded at night, an unknown person approaches the performer's wall. It is noted that the suspect chose the night time to remain unnoticed.
Graffiti about the rapper on the wall of Tsoi's memory appeared the day before, on April 12.
Earlier that day, fans of the Kino music group tried to spray-paint an inscription dedicated to the Technique. According to them, Tsoi's wall on Arbat is a place of worship, which attracts people from different cities. Therefore, the rapper's name has no place on the iconic wall of the artist's memory.
The death of the Technician was announced on April 4 by his ex-wife Eva Karitskaya. On the morning of the same day, the rapper suffered a clinical death. The artist spent the last week in a coma in a Phuket hospital in Thailand. On April 7, it became known that the cause of death of the musician was a lung infection.
