On April 13, pianist Luka Safronov-Zatravkin criticized the graffiti authors who put an inscription about rapper Pasha Technique on the wall of memory of rock musician Viktor Tsoi on Arbat. According to him, it should have been done normally in some designated, permitted place.

"Some fans behave inappropriately. And during the farewell ceremony, they climbed over the walls of the temple fence. And today they overshadow the memory of the great musician Viktor Tsoi, whom Pavel treated very warmly and sincerely," Safronov said.
