In the north of Ukraine, in the Sumy region, two explosions occurred within a few minutes of each other. The Ukrainian Espresso TV channel informed about this on April 13.

The air alert was announced in the region at 09:08. It also operates in other regions of the country, including Kiev.

The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the information.

Earlier, on April 10, the publication "Country.ua" reported on the explosion in Kiev.
