At least three people were injured in a fire in an apartment building in Khanty-Mansiysk. This was announced on April 12 by the press service of the Department of Health of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Yugra.

"As a result of a fire on Promyshlennaya Street in the city of Khanty-Mansiysk, three victims sought medical help, one of them needed hospitalization," the department said in a Telegram channel.

According to the Izvestia source, five people were injured in the fire. He also clarified that the fire was caused by an explosion of household gas in an apartment building.

Later, the press service of the regional government reported that the fire had been extinguished.

"Five apartments out of six apartments on the ground floor were damaged. Interior partitions have been destroyed," said Roman Artamonov, deputy head of the main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the region.

According to him, the fire was extinguished as soon as possible. He added that the smoke from the fire had no negative impact on the residents of the house.

On April 12, the main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow reported a fire with an area of 300 square meters. m in the east of the capital. It was clarified that the crate of the roof of a two-story building on 5th Park Street caught fire. No information about the victims was provided. The fire was later contained.
