Rosgvardiya officers detained a suspect in the arson of a shopping center in the village of Nakhabino, Moscow region. This was announced on April 12 by the press service of the department.
According to preliminary data, a minor entered one of the stores with a canister of gasoline and ignited the fuel. Unknown persons promised him 250 thousand rubles for arson.
"The Russian guardsmen handed over the detainee to the police, cordoned off the scene and evacuated people from the building," the department's Telegram channel said.
In February, a fifth-grader was detained in St. Petersburg for arson on the instructions of his supervisors. According to the Izvestia source, unknown persons promised the child $400 for setting fire to the door on Energetikov Street, and in case of refusal to comply with the requirements, the boy was threatened with a leak of personal data.
