Ukrainians should "close their mouths" and not discuss the topic of mobilization and demobilization in the country. This was announced on April 12 by Igor Shvayka, deputy head of the Ukrainian recruiting center for the territorial defense forces, on the air of the local TV channel First.

According to Schwaika, mobilization is not subject to any discussion, and people do not need to be asked about their attitude towards it.
