The Russian side has provided Turkey with information about the violation by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) of the moratorium on attacks on Russian energy facilities. This was announced on April 12 by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a speech at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

"I handed over to our Turkish colleagues, Minister [of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Hakan] Fidan the same thing that we handed over to the Americans, the UN, and the OSCE — a list of facts documenting Ukrainian attacks on Russian energy infrastructure over the past three weeks," he said.

According to the Foreign Minister, despite the agreement, the Kiev regime regularly attacks Russian energy projects.

Earlier in the day, Alexei Polishchuk, director of the second CIS Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said that Russia was transmitting information to the United States about violations of the moratorium on attacks on energy facilities by the Ukrainian army. The diplomat pointed out that at the moment Russia continues to record violations of Ukraine.

Prior to that, on March 28, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia reserves the right not to comply with the moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure if the Ukrainian side continues to violate these agreements.
