In Ukraine, a local journalist was sentenced to five years in prison for filming and publishing a video of violent mobilization. This is reported on April 12 by "Страна.иа ".
"In Chernivtsi, a journalist who worked for two local publications was sentenced to five years in prison for publishing a video of forced mobilization," the Telegram channel says.
Also, according to the investigation, the material posted on the Network shows a military facility, the display of which under martial law is a violation of the law of the country. At the same time, 8.6 thousand people watched this video on social networks with the inscription "saving the guy", but later the journalist deleted the video.
As a result, the girl was found guilty. In addition, the court ordered the confiscation of her mobile device.
Earlier, in October last year, a Ukrainian court convicted a man who warned an acquaintance about the location of a patrol from the military enlistment office. It was noted that this was done in personal correspondence. At the same time, law enforcement agencies considered that the defendants helped men of military age to evade service.
