The Ukrainian military fired at St. Andrew's Cathedral in Novaya Kakhovka

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired at St. Andrew's Cathedral in Novaya Kakhovka. This was announced on April 12 by the Governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.

"On the eve of the bright feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem, godless soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at St. Andrew's Cathedral in Novaya Kakhovka - window panes were broken with fragments," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Saldo noted that a private house, which was located next to the temple, was also damaged. He added that there were no casualties during the incident.

According to the governor, Ukrainian military personnel attacked with drones the settlements of Kakhovka, Tavriysk, Dneprany, Cairo, Kardashinka, Knyaz-Grigoryevka, as well as Kohany, Korsunka, Lyubimovka, Staraya Zburyevka.
