Traffic on the bridge over the Babka River was restricted in the Kungursky district (Perm Krai). The situation is related to the onset of the flood.

The restriction applies to the bridge in Mokhovskaya territory. The crossing may be flooded by flood waters, writes the news agency " <url>". To ensure regular transportation, traffic is carried out over the bridge, which is located 150 m from the closed crossing.

As of April 11, the water level in the Babka River increased by 130 cm per day. High water is also recorded in other reservoirs. All services are prepared for the flood. In the event of a negative development, flooding threatens 17 settlements.

In the Chelyabinsk region, the investigative Committee opened a criminal case on negligence during flood events. Due to rising water in the Sim River, 126 household plots with 95 houses in Asha were flooded from March 18 to March 20.
