Since the agreement on a 30-day moratorium on attacks on Russian energy facilities was reached, the Kiev regime has violated it more than 60 times. This was announced on April 12 by Alexey Polishchuk, Director of the Second CIS Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"The Kiev regime is indeed maliciously violating the 30-day moratorium on strikes on energy facilities, which was agreed on March 18 by the presidents of Russia [Vladimir Putin] and the United States [Donald Trump]," Polishchuk told RIA Novosti.

In addition, he added that since the agreement on the moratorium was reached, the Ukrainian side has violated it more than 60 times. According to him, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are trying to attack the energy infrastructure of the Russian Federation on a daily basis.

The day before, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces had carried out five strikes on Russian energy facilities. Prior to that, Ukrainian militants carried out 11 attacks on Russian energy facilities.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on March 28 that Russia reserves the right not to observe a moratorium on strikes on energy infrastructure if the Ukrainian side continues to violate these agreements.
