As part of the charity mission "With gratitude from Lebanon", humanitarian cargo was sent to the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), including more than 6 tons of food, medicines and gifts. The idea of the project belongs to the head of the international project "Committee of Solidarity with Russia" Hamed Abu Zahr.

So, together with the Lebanese-Russian Solidarity Committee, the Russian House in Beirut and the Russian Embassy in Lebanon, the team organized a fundraiser, purchase and delivery of humanitarian aid.

Thanks to the campaign, vital medicines were delivered to pharmacies in Selidovo and Kurakhovo, small patients of the Republican Center for Traumatology, Orthopedics and Neurosurgery in Donetsk received gifts, and defenders of the Fatherland undergoing treatment in traumatology received warm letters from Russian compatriots from Lebanon.

In Volnovakha, orphans from refugee families were given new clothes, shoes, toys and medicines. An important meeting was held in Donetsk with the Commissioner for Children's Rights and the leadership of the leading hospital, where they discussed further cooperation.

The project became possible thanks to the support of the charitable foundation named after him. Elizabeth Glinka "Dr. Lisa", the Good Angel Foundation, RUDN University and its Lebanese students studying in Russia.

On March 24, a large shipment of humanitarian aid arrived at the Harmony boarding school for children with special needs in Melitopol from the Charitable Foundation for Children of Donbass, created by ROSSIYA Joint-Stock Bank. Thus, hygiene items, detergents, stationery, books on history and geography, as well as various accessories for creativity were transferred.
