The Moscow government is launching a new support program for representatives of the fashion and design industry, the Creative Business Workshop. Within its framework, as reported by Deputy Mayor of the capital Natalia Sergunina, until the end of the year in the urban space "AKI.Lab will hold a series of events with experts and market leaders.

"The project participants will learn how to attract investors and promote their brand abroad, discuss current trends and be able to find business partners. More than 10 meetings are planned, the first one will be held on April 29," Sergunina said.

During the seminars, all key issues related to business development will be discussed. For example, one of the classes will be devoted to copyright: students will have to prepare an application for trademark registration using detailed instructions.

The topics of another event will be Moscow's infrastructural capabilities. It will focus on the retail spaces of the capital, rental conditions, and the advantages of city fairs and festival venues to increase sales.

A festival will be organized for fashion entrepreneurs, where they will be able to make presentations for buyers, representatives of cultural institutions and retailers.

The results of the project will be summarized at a meeting at the end of the year.
