Bus tours for young people dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory are organized in Moscow

Moscow has prepared a series of free guided tours for young people dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The audience will be told about the events that influenced the course of history, and about the heroes who defended their Homeland, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

The participants of the excursions will visit memorable places, as well as be able to study documents and artifacts of wartime and ask questions to historians.

"The Victory Routes cycle includes 10 bus tours. The first one will be held on April 15th. The participants will visit the Rzhev Memorial to the Soviet Soldier and the local museum, learn more about the battles of 1942-1943," Sergunina said.

Registration is open on the Youth of Moscow portal. The tours will be conducted until the end of May. The list of locations includes the Central Museum of the Russian Air Force, the Zoya Kosmodemyanskaya Museum in the village of Petrishchevo near Moscow, and the Memorial Road Museum complex.
