The expert clarified that currently the number of the American army is 450 thousand people, and they plan to reduce it to 360 thousand. According to Dudakov, those parts that are located in Europe will fall under the reduction, as this area is not a priority for Trump and his administration.

"We see how he demands that the Europeans spend more money on their own defense. At the same time, these very troops can not only be reduced, but also withdrawn to other areas that Trump sees as more priority. He clarified that the withdrawal of American troops from Europe will take place only after it is possible to negotiate with Russia on de-escalation in the Ukrainian direction.
