The Kremlin announced measures to mitigate the effects of Trump's tariffs.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on April 11 that the government's economic unit was closely monitoring the impact of the new duties imposed by US President Donald Trump and was taking steps to minimize their effects on the Russian economy.

"The economic bloc is closely monitoring the consequences of the duties of [American leader Donald] Trump is doing everything to minimize their effect on the Russian Federation," he said.
