European countries are ready to continue the Ukrainian conflict and allocate money for it. This was announced on April 11 by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"Europe is obviously preparing for the continuation of the <conflict>. They say that Ukraine can win this <conflict>, and they think that the taxes of the European Union can help Ukraine win it. This is the worst possible idea. Ukraine cannot win this <conflict>," Orban said on Kossuth Radio.

According to Orban, the Ukrainian conflict is closely linked to rising inflation in the European region.

"It is quite obvious that the best way to reduce inflation in the long term is peace," the politician explained.

The Prime Minister also touched upon the topic of Ukraine's possible integration into the European Union (EU) and its consequences for Hungary.

"I am personally convinced that Ukraine's admission to the EU will destroy Hungary. It will harm Hungarian families and undermine the economic results that we have achieved in the past," Orban concluded.

Earlier, on April 10, the European Commission (EC) compared the process of Ukraine's admission to the EU with cooking borscht and suggested that Kiev "cook borsch together." It was explained that this expression symbolizes not only the cooking process, but also the importance of working together on complex tasks.
