Russian sappers are carrying out mine clearance work in the border areas of the Kursk region. The footage is published by Izvestia on April 11.

It is specified that the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) mined not only the entrance doors, but also toys, as well as furniture, hoping for the death of civilians.

A fighter with the call sign Castres noted that the area of the mined area is very large. He added that with the advent of grass, the search for explosive objects becomes much more difficult.

The commander of an engineering and sapper platoon, nicknamed Miron, clarified that even houses that have been checked may remain unsafe. According to him, the enemy is again mining territories using drones after the work of Russian sappers.

"Another example of blasphemy on the part of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is that places, including mass graves, have been shelled; mine clearance operations are taking place, including in cemeteries. But the authorities prudently ask people to refrain from visiting before Easter, because it is still unsafe," said Izvestia correspondent Tatiana Simonenkova.

On March 31, military engineers of the 92nd sapper regiment of the North group of forces carried out continuous mine clearance of the territories of the Sudzhansky district of the Kursk region liberated from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. They use modern engineering intelligence methods, including the use of the Uran-6 robotic system. This high-tech machine makes it possible to effectively detect and destroy explosive devices remotely, minimizing risks to personnel.
