According to the company's press service, payment for services is carried out after the successful completion of the transaction.

The feature already works on all platforms. With the help of the new service, owners will be helped to find a reliable realtor with relevant experience, and they will also provide promotion on the Cyan website at no additional cost. The realtor's services include full customer support right up to the conclusion of the transaction. So, he helps to set the optimal price for real estate, makes an ad, contacts potential buyers and conducts negotiations with them, conducts screenings, defends the interests of the client. After entering into the transaction, the specialist helps to prepare the documents and verify the buyer.
