There was a malfunction in the work of the SBP in T-Bank

There was a malfunction in the operation of the Fast Payment System (SBP) at T-Bank. This was reported to Izvestia by Roskomnadzor on April 10.

"Since 17:00, the CMU SSOP (the Center for Monitoring and Management of the Public Communications Network — Ed.) has been recording an increase in user complaints about the work of the SBP in T-Bank," the service said.

They added that the reasons for the internal failure of the platform are being clarified.

Earlier, on April 5, it was reported that a massive failure was recorded in the operation of the Alfa-Bank website and application. According to the Downdetector service, about 30 thousand people reported the problem per day. As explained to Izvestia in Roskomnadzor, in the first half of the day the bank carried out technical work in its services. The website and the application have been restored since 13:00.
