- The lawyer warned summer residents about the most common reasons for fines in the spring

The main fines for summer residents are related to non-compliance with sanitary and fire safety requirements, violations in the use of land, as well as issues related to registration of buildings. Lawyer Ilya Rusyaev recalled this on Thursday, April 10.
According to the expert, the most common reason for a fine remains cases when summer residents arrange bonfires or roast meat in mangalas, without observing a distance of five meters from buildings. Rusyaev recalled that this violation of the rules is punishable by a fine of 5 to 15 thousand rubles, and in the case of a special fire regime, the amount is doubled.
In second place are fines for unauthorized incineration of garbage. Failure to comply with the rules, even on your own property, is punishable by a fine of 5 to 15 thousand rubles. Rusyaev also warned that for plots overgrown with weeds, summer residents will have to pay from 300 rubles to 5 thousand rubles, depending on the region and the neglect of the site.
"Clutter, broken windows in the house, lack of visible economic activity — all this can be regarded as undeveloped. The fine in this case can reach 50 thousand rubles," the expert reminded in an interview with Lenta.Ru .
He added that unregistered buildings can also be fined from 2 to 5 thousand rubles, and in case of repeated violations, the sanctions may be more serious.
On the same day, Honored Lawyer of Russia, Doctor of Law and Professor Ivan Solovyov, in an interview with RT, told what you should definitely pay attention to when building in a suburban area.
So, if this is a capital building, then you need to include information about such a building in the Federal Register. Based on this, its cadastral value is determined and then the tax is calculated. According to the expert, the smaller the building, the lower the tax.
On April 10, Izvestia got acquainted with the results of a survey conducted by the fintech company Humopeu, according to which 35% of respondents among the Russians surveyed will spend the May holidays in their country.
Another 29% said they had no plans to leave, while 16% wanted to visit a new city in Russia. 10% of respondents will go to Russian resorts, while 5% will go abroad. 360.ru .
