Changan has announced the launch of new Avatr 11 crossovers in Russia

Russia has received Avatr 11 electric crossovers, which will be released in 2025. The model is presented in 56 exterior and interior versions, according to the Changan Motors Rus press service, which was received by Izvestia on April 10.

Avatr crossovers officially sold in the Russian Federation are guaranteed for 8 years or 160 thousand km of mileage for key high-voltage components (battery, electric motor and controller), as well as 5 years or 120 thousand km for most other components and assemblies.

The company also said that the number of Avatr brand dealers in Russia has increased to 19 in nine cities, and two more centers are planned to open in St. Petersburg and Tyumen in the near future.

Changan announced the launch of the Avatr luxury brand of electric vehicles in Russia in November last year. The brand was created in partnership with the Chinese IT giant Huawei.

Sales of the Avatr 11 electric crossover started in Russia at the end of January, the model costs from 6.95 million rubles. It is presented in Russia in three versions, which differ in the power plant and interior layout.

The flagship version of the Avatr 11 with separate "captain's" seats in the second row costs from 7.8 million rubles, its two electric motors develop a total of 578 hp (650 Nm), all-wheel drive is provided. Acceleration to "hundreds" takes 4.5 seconds, and the power reserve on a single charge is 625 km.
