In the Kursk region, the court fined musician Apachev 70 thousand rubles.

The Industrial District Court of Kursk found blogger and musician Akim Apachev guilty of committing an administrative offense and fined him 70 thousand rubles. This was reported on April 10 by a correspondent of Izvestia.
According to the case file, the musician, while on the territory of Sudzha in the Kursk region, painted and wrote obscene language on the wall of a destroyed building. He filmed his actions and posted them on the Internet. Later, Apachev apologized to the residents of the Kursk region and Sudzha for the graffiti and stated that he did not want to offend anyone.
"By a decision of the Kursk Industrial Court, blogger Akim Apachev was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He was fined 70 thousand rubles," the press service of the department reported.
Apachev can appeal the ruling.
Lawyer Igor Manaenkov said after the court hearing that Apachev had no plans to appeal the court's ruling. According to him, the blogger regrets choosing an incorrect linguistic formulation.
On March 23, the Kursk region promised to fine musician Apachev after his trip to Suju. It was noted that residents of the region reacted negatively to the photos of the walls of destroyed buildings in Sudzha published in Apachev's Telegram channel. Such comments were followed by aggressive responses from the musician. On the same day, the lawyer confirmed the wrongdoing in Apachev's actions in Court.
