The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) is conducting unscheduled inspections of suppliers of equipment and reagents for the needs of uranium mining enterprises in Russia, the service said on April 10.

"The companies Olymp IC LLC, GSK Leader LLC, NVV LLC and Smoly State Enterprise LLC are suspected of entering into a cartel agreement with participation in the bidding in the amount of more than 300 million rubles. The purchases were carried out by enterprises of the Mining Division of Rosatom State Corporation," the FAS explained.

Employees of the department began checking offices in Moscow and the Moscow region. Information of interest to the regulator is being collected.

"The service will make final conclusions based on the results of verification measures and analysis of all information received," the FAS said.

Earlier, on January 13, the FAS fined Alfa-Bank for improper advertising campaign with Yandex.Food. It was reported that the joint advertisement was distributed on the air of federal TV channels. The video contained information that was attractive to consumers about accruing 50% cashback when paying for an order in the Yandex service with any bank card.
