The chairman of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded to re-submit to him a report on the case of bullying of schoolchildren over their 12-year-old peer with disabilities in the Miass of the Chelyabinsk region. This was announced on April 10 by the press service of the department.

The order of the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation was issued after the court decided not to place those responsible for the incident in a specialized institution of a closed type.

"A video message from the director of one of the schools in the Chelyabinsk region has been posted on the social network regarding the public's disagreement with the court's refusal to place minors who committed illegal acts against a 12-year—old student in a specialized institution of a closed type," the press service of the department reported.

Alexey Kolbasin, Head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Chelyabinsk Region, was instructed to submit a second report, taking into account the arguments voiced in the public space.

On February 1, the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the initiation of a criminal case into the bullying of schoolchildren from the Chelyabinsk city of Miass over a 12-year-old girl. They filmed their actions on video.

On December 23 last year, a gang of teenagers beat up a 14-year-old boy in an entrance hall in the east of Moscow. As the student's father told Izvestia, one day the teenager returned home with a bloody nose. The man noted that his son refused to answer his parents' questions, calling the incident nonsense. After that, Dmitry's eldest daughter discovered a video on social media showing her brother being beaten in the entrance.
