The Russian government creates all conditions for attracting non-governmental financing in the field of high technologies. This was announced on April 10 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin in a video message to the participants and guests of the XIX Russian Venture Forum.

"On behalf of the president, a new strategic instrument has been formed — national technology leadership projects. They are focused on the development of unmanned aircraft systems, automation of production, transport mobility, the development of new materials and, of course, on saving the health of citizens and food security of the country," Mishustin said, his words are quoted on the government's website.

In addition, according to him, more than 10,000 enterprises have already received assistance as part of the government's "Take–off - from Startup to IPO" initiative. Their total revenue is close to a trillion rubles. In addition, almost 150,000 new jobs have been created.

"Just last year, for the first time, a dozen and a half organizations entered the stock exchanges, most of which are innovative. This is a kind of record for the last decade," the Prime Minister said.

On March 11, Mishustin stated the need to focus efforts on long-term economic changes, using state support mechanisms and public-private partnerships to implement large-scale investment projects, especially in the field of high technology, infrastructure and social policy.
